With examples of such coffee shops, hotels and residential developments constructed across the world, the engineering principles upon which these modern designs are based is a proven technology. Built from sustainable materials to the highest specification, these developments are based upon concrete platforms which are as stable as a traditional land based development. Available with basements which sit below the water line providing greater storage and versatility, the concrete base continues to harden whilst in contact with water, offering a life expectancy of several hundred years.
